Unhappy ABS and BRAKE light still on?????

Ok so all summer I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my Ram. My ABS and Brake Lights are on, on my dash. They come on randomly. Sometimes they come on at turn of key, another time it will happen when I hit the brakes, other times it will stay off for a week then come back on. I have tried everything I can think of. Rear wheel sensor, replaced; speed sensor replaced; cleared computer; filled fluid; checked for brake fluid leaks. Is there anything that I am missing??? I want to figure it out before the snow gets here.

Have you checked for a pin hole leak in the line above the gas tank?

I didn't see any fluid leaking from there but I didn't look real close. So I should drop the tank and check the line? or is there an easier way to check?

Unfortunately, no there isn't. Only way to get a good look at it is to drop the tank. Might as well get a length of brake line and some fittings. If it looks like any possible rot on it, replace it. Then you can reroute it how you want.

Are they notorious for leaking there?
Cause I replaced the line from the front to back about 2 months ago, but mine was Blown And severly corroded.
It was easy to spot

From what I heard is that around the tank is notorious for getting holes but I was looking for larger rips or a blown line so I'll have to borrow my buddys lift and check it out. I'll let you guys know what I find if anything. How much line you think it would take to fix it? A couple feet or should I get a whole length?

Just a very small leak can cause this issue.

Mine was broke about 8" back from where it transistions from rubber to the steel line.
I just replaced the entire thing from front to back, it was $26 from dealer and on my QC was about 16 feet long.
It had about 20 bends in it and wasn't worth my time bending it.
Whatever you do it's best to run the tank down till near MT makes it easier to drop and jockey around.
Be careful of the fuel line to pump clips and the line that goes to the canister when you disconnect them they are not the strongest.
And the electrical to the sending unit has a clip that needs to be shifted across the plug before you can unplug it.

ZMAN I was just wondering if this was a common issue, I thought I was just lucky to have it break there.
Cause I got that special truck and I have that special luck happening too...LOL

Do these trucks have rear ABS sensors? If so, and it has failed, that would throw the code.
