Default Plow Mounting Questions (Fisher MM-1)

I have a used Fisher Minute Mount 1 plow receiver that I am mounting on my '97 2500. How does the receiver bolt to the passenger frame rail? The mounting holes terminate in the frame rail and I don't have the hardware so I am a little lost.
