Steering wheel audio controls
i enjoy scanning through my 10 presets, or changing tracks on a cd without taking my hands off the wheel or eyes off the road, lol. these guys are just saying they suck because they dont have them.
i didn't say they suck, i was just busting miami's chops.
i have a metal bracket under my radio that i'm guessing was for a truck mounted phone at one time. i never removed it because i rest my fingers on it when i'm messing with the radio. so no accidental over spin on the volume **** for me.

My truck doesn't have them, but I have been in several that were equipped with them. If you get used to them, I could see where they can be handy, but I prefer having a remote on the console to rest my hand over. Like Miami said, it's real easy to pop something if you just go at the buttons pell mell in a stiff truck. Been there, fixed that lol.
My 99 Mountaineer has the controls on the wheel, I find myself feeling for buttons in my Ram if I have been driving the merc for awhile, nice to know there are kits available for after market decks. The stereo in my merc is about shot and in need of replacement.

twisty country roads are nothing compared to countless idiots cutting you off, slamming on their brakes or just about side swiping you because they aren't paying attention.
and you think LA is bad, try driving around DC. or just about anywhere in Maryland for that matter.
