Default mud tires

So i got new rims for my 97 2500 4x4. I have a 2 inch suspension lift on it. So im looking for a tire that is roughly a 35. I have 16s right now, but im supsoed to be trading them for 17s this weekend. Im thinking the toyo m/t's or the cooper sst's. Mainly i want something that I can get some life out of, and yes, i know a long lasting mud terain is an oxymoron. But, I was just curious about getting some opinions on what some guys are running out there and what works, and what doesn't. Im not looking for anything hard core like a super swamper or pit bull, just a m/t.
thanks for your input

I Ran 33" Kumho Road Venture MT's on my 99 2500, with regular rotation got 60k miles out of them. Not to agressive an off road tread, but did the job pushing a plow. Not very noisy, and held up extremely well towing my 28' encloses race car trailer. Just my 2 cents.

I run Pep Boys Dakota M/Ts (which are a Cooper tire). No complaints on or off road. Probably less expensive than most of the other tires previously posted. I had a set of the old style Kuhmo mudders...they were pretty awesome.
The only real complaint is Pep Boys...thier service quality is pretty erratic. But its a sacrifice for the price I paid.

I have had a set of used BFG KM tires that have help up fairly well, even with my horrible alignment, for quite a while now.

thanks for the advice, i'll probably end up going with 35x12.5x17 cooper stt cause of the price, it is like $200 less, and they say they have excellent life
