Thanks...I'll start a seperate thread. Honestly, didn't think anyone would be interested, although I have made posts in the "What you done..." thread.

32mm bars are in the 4x2s as well so be sure to micrometer them or use a caliper to measure them! I have the 32mm swaybar in my Indy

Watch out for energysuspensionparts.com, bit on the incompetant side. Ordered swaybar, c arm and leaf bushings from them. Swaybar & leaf parts were ok but the c arm box was badly beaten up, parts bag opened. Figure they had the parts returned but resent them as they had the wrong metal sleeves for the upper arms. Emailed them & they appoligized for sending the wrong body mounts,,,,,duh. Emailed again and they said they would contact ES & ship out new upper sleeves asap. 2months after ordering them finally got the replacement sleeves. They were for the lower arms! Luckily talked to ES by calling them & they had the right sleeves to me in 5days.

I blasted my swaybar parts with glassbead and powder coated them with my custom Indy mix of powders. Think they look better than that crap anodized coating supplied IMHO.

This thread makes me want to do this.
However, I examined my suspension and it appears as thought a few of the bushings have been replaced already.

Also, looks like they were tightened too much or moved somehow (driver's side):

Are these the stock bushings?

Passenger's side:

It looks like my steering stabilizer is leaking. Bad angle because the ground is all muddy and that's as far as I could get. There is oil/grease/liquid on the other end, too. Is it leaking and does it need replacement?

Also, I see they make control arm bushings, leaf spring bushings, track rod bushings, and tie rod dust boots. What is your take on these? Do they need replacement? I looked at mine as best as I could. They look straight, but old, possibly dry rotted.

The bushing in the first pic is definitely overtightened. Not sure about the steering dampener leaking. Where it is it could be getting engine oil dripped on it from a pan leak. Urethane replacements are superior to the factory bushings. They are stiffer, last longer, and can put back some feel into a front end that has a lot of miles on it.

Your sway bar bushings are factory ones.
