Default Where does this wire go??

Ok fellas this has me stumped. I have a ground like wire over in the area of the ac unit and power steering pump. Pc told me it goes to the ps pump bracket. I found out today that the one for the alt goes there and not this other one. Where does it go??

Thank you for your help. I have tried other means before posting. People either don't answer their text messages or don't wanna be any help. I will admit I told the one he was my last resort and to be honest he was. I didn't really expect him to help anyway even if I was nice to him

Both ground wires go to the same spot.

Depends on which end of the wire it is, doesn't do much good to ground a ground to a ground.

So the question is, which wasn't clear from the OP, is the wire already grounded, and he wants to know what its supposed to be grounding ,,, Or if its just coming from something and he knows that its supposed to be grounded then yeah, any ground will do.

I see your point, I'll consider changing it to something less distracting sometime in the future, like maybe my dog or something.
