If i was to buy the truck would it be a good idea to rebuild the motor....Its a 360 and id rebuild to a 408 or 426 but would a rolled motor still be good as long as there are no cracks and stuff?

well my buddy rolled his 97 dodge 3500 12v right after he got it and and he still drives it 3 years later never tuched the motor o and did i mention i have yet to see a truck even run with this one

my dad has had at least a dozen vehicles that were rolled. usually all they need is a new front windshield. he would get them dirt cheap and drive them till they died. the last one was a 2003 saturn vue. it cost $2000 to buy, repair, plate and insure and it went 60,000km befor the tranny went. a new trany was $5000 so it got scrapped.

well some trucks are insane after they roll. you would think that this dodge would not move at all but look at this thing.
