Default Best tyres for a 2wd 1500 ram

I'm looking for the best tyres I can get for my 1500 ram.
I mainly drive on normal roads and in the winter we have a very little bit of snow.
I also pull with the truck a boattrailer in and out of the water.

these would be my preferences.
Best performance on dry and wet pavement
Good traction in snow
Quiet and comfortable
45,000- to 60,000-mile treadlife warranty
Value

tyre size is 265/70/16

Tyres is actually proper English.

I agree that the michelin ltx m/s are the best tire for the application but he also mentioned value. I run the michelins on my wifes expedition and my dodge 4x4 how ever I have been very impresed with the stampede radials I run on a couple of work trucks, there about half the price and have a very squared off shoulder (they don't look like a donut) with a somewhat aggressive tread design. you can actually air them up to 80psi (load range E I think) however I run them at 45psi. These are 2wd 6 cyl F-150's. will probably switch to these on my truck when my michelins wear out.

Kumho Road Venture, meets all criteria you listed. Also very resonably priced. Had a set of 33's on my previous 99 2500 4x4, with regular rotations they lasted 60k, and probably alot longer if I didn't wreck the truck. This truck also towed a 28' enclosed race car trailer 2-3 times a week.
