Unknown noise under truck.

Yeap!..that's the total including: cat, parts and labor. I"m not sure what parts? might be from headers back or.......maybe not?? but anyhow, I didn't ask because I wasn't interested in getting the work done at that price anyway. That's CA for you!

my sisters truck cost 230$ for all new pipes from the cat back with a new 40 series flowmaster and some 4" x 18" stainless tips.

speaking of unknown noise under hood. got a constant squeal. replaced tensioner and idler pulley and also had a/c pulley checked by a so-called mechanic. any other suspects????

lee county. an hour south of raleigh, half hour northwest of fayetteville and a half hour north/north east of aberdeen.

while were on exhaust, what pipe size is stock for a 1500 w/5.2? i heard 2.5 and 3 inch, my tailpipe is stock and its 2 3/4. Im gonna gut the cat but its got that goofy "S" bend in it so i have to cut it off at the back and im looking for a sleave to clamp it back together.

mines a stock pipe, and its 2 1/4 after CAT 2 1/2 before CAT.

Also you can get a high flow magnaflow CAT of summit for like 210

At that price, there also should have been a hooker involved.
