Default coil springs

i was wondering if i did 4in coil spring lift on the front if i would have to buy bigger shocks for it too thank you

I've read alot of stuff on this forum about lifts cause I've been thinking about doing one myself and im pretty sure from what I understand is that anything over 3 inches your gonna need to replace your shocks.

yes anything over 3 inches = new shocks.
