Default Shaking at 70mph

I hav a 98 Ram quad cab long box and at 65 to about 75 mph it has a slight shake to it. Front end is all tight Track Bar Tierod ends etc. all new, front wheels balance and alligned. I have two piece drive shaft with new U-joints. Not noticable at slower speeds wonder if rear could be that far out of balance that it would make it shake have not really had that problem in the past or could it be some thing else. Also feels like something drags while in gear not noticeable in nuetrel hoewever still shakes. any help would be great Thanks!

Where do you feel the shake? What feels like its dragging in the rear? A few things off the top of my head....
All 4 wheels balanced? any missing wheel weights?
Rear leaf springs- spring bushings good? rotted? cracked? The spring pack good? no shifted leaves? ( I had a similar shake in my 01 2wd redid the spring bushings with ones from Energy Suspension, no more shimmy)
Drive shaft balanced? Harmonic's are PITA sometimes
Shocks worn out?

What kinda drag you getting, like when you let off the gas you start slowing down pretty quick like a brake dragging. when did the shaking start? Plus what twisted said above.

do you have sticky weights or rim locker weights on the tire?

sticky weights can easily come off, so if you just got it balanced and it wasnt set well enough, a little bump can pop some of those weights off. I know for i have sticky weights for my rims, and it went like this.

got them balanced and on the machine, they all said .00

had a shake about 45 minutes later, took it back and the right rear tire was at .25, cuz one of the weights fell off.
