whats the differance between the small block 360 "LA" motor and small block 360 magnum engine. and can any parts interchange?

 

There are a lot of differences. What do you want to know specifically?

 

i have a buddy that has a "LA" style motor and said i could have it if i want it. i was just woundering if i could use ann of the parts on my magnum or if it would be a wast of time.

 

I believe one difference is the lack of sensors and mounts for the sensors on the block.....as well as different compression ratio and toatlly different intake manifold setup... I'm sure their are many others... I thing even the motor mounts are different.
