I'd ditch them all together. No real need for them anyways unless you're truck seats short people or has an obnoxiously large lift.

I agree with ya. But I take my grandparents to and from work in the winter so I have to have mine. That and the ol' lady is like super short. lol she even has problems getting in her dads 2500. lol

I know about that. My grandma could barely get into my truck with a 2.5 inch sitting on 29's. I have 33's now with a 3.5 inch spindle lift. So I keep a little folding stool in the back seat for her. Slips rite under the seat. Works good for her.

i took my nerf bars off and was very happy with out come! mostly did it because the way they were mounted my new tires would rub when at full lock. But i know my GF is gonna be upset she is barely 5'2".

+1 on the folding stool in the back!

Yea they make a big difference. And the ground clearance is better too of coarse.
