My 1994 5.9 360 1500 wasn't starting when I turned the key. Nothing would happen, no lights, no starter kicking over, nothing. I took it to a mechanic. He tore out the alarm system that he said was instaled improperly by the previous owner.(wires arcing under the dash) Now the truck starts fine but the power locks, power windows and power mirrors don't work any more. I've replaced the fuses on the inside of the drivers side door but still nothing.

Another bit of info: the radio flickers on and off and seems to flicker more when I use my blinkers. There are bare wires hanging under the front bumper (I don't have fog lights so I guess that's what they are)

Any ideas?
