Default Intake bolt broken, my worst nightmare

This is begining to get hellish. I have finished everything else but this D*** M***** F****** bolt will not budge. Any ideas? I bought the Grabit broken bolt remover, it Sucks. Its been soaking in penetrating oil all day today and yesterday. Its the very front bolt. I guess there is no way it would run right without the front bolt right?

I can't see the pics, so this comment may be irrelevant, but i've had luck in the past on broken bolts by taking a hack saw or dremel, and cutting a single groove across the center of the broken bolt, then you can use a screw driver or screw driver bit in a drill to remove it.

Worst case is you have to drill it out, and tap it for the next bigger size.
