I think Wexford is north of Pitt.... right? My wife's parents lived in the Penn Hills up until about 4 years ago..... when they moved to Florida. I still have a brother in law in Oakmont.... and a bunch of "cousins" in laws in the Pitt area.

 

long story short ill do cliffs lol
*went to meinikie to get my headers installed
*before the headers i already had a magnaflow cat and cutout installed
*got there without calling me 1st truck was done and had it up on the lift
*he said "i had to take your cat off it wont work, you will need 2 smaller ones so when you get them come back "
* AND AFTER THAT THE IDIOT CONNECTED THE HEADERS TO THE CUTOUT NO Y-PIPE OR ANYTHING
*but this is where he wants to put cats(see picture)
*but i think im going to take the cutout off and just do a true exhaust system with 2 cats off the headers and x pipe and 2 mufflers ,becasue your right i live in pa and need emmisions , i would need 2 cutout for a x pipe , which i may do down the road someday but no now i got too june to fix it lol,
*so all in all i have to redo my exhaust all over agian because of him
*just going somewhere else this time
