Default Herculined my bumper!

I decided to fix my dented bumper and test out Hurculiner in one shot. First I filled the dents in with some bondo (the picture is before I sanded it. I'm no dummy) After that was smoothed out to my liking and scuffing up the remainder of my shiny chrome, I applied two coats of the VERY MESSY Hurculiner. After drying for about 18 hours, I applied two coats of Duplicolor bumper and trim paint. I'm pretty satisfied with the results. Lets just see how it holds up.

Looks pretty sick. Prolly should have taken plastic off of bumper, then theres no need for tape. Buuuut, getting that plastic off is a PITA. looking good

Thanks, guys. And no, there wasn't anything wrong with my tailgate other than some rust under the old plastic cover. The black paint is only temporary. Soon it will be Line x to the level even with the top of the tail lights and white above that line.

Looks great, I wish I would have thought about doing that after I dented my bumper. After I dented mine and since I don't have a hitch, every time I got stuck I'd throw my chain around it and now its bent every which way.

Thanks for the comments, fellas! If the stuff holds up, I'm going to roll it onto the rockers, along the black stripe.
