ya they are just about perfect height. and no to tell ya the truth i got the lights for 7 bucks on sale at harbor freight! haha. they had 55 wat bulbs in them but i had some 6 inch off road lights on my other truck and they had 150 watts bulbs in they but came with an extra set of 130 watt bulbs so i stuck those bulbs in these and they are pretty bright. over all i had about 20 bucks in the whole setup lol

ive got the sport model also, but 01 same thing pretty much, looks like you have a a gap on your driver side headlight and bumper like mine (thought maybe it was in a wreck when i bought it)also, anyways, how did you make that? i was going to get the same lights and switch them with the back up lights i have mounted in the rear , but the front would be cool to, plain and simple and to the point install, looks good....

if you look under the front of your truck there is a crossmember that goes across the front. it has 2 bolt holes about 3 inches apart on both sides. we took a peice of square tubing and ran it along that cross member and used the holes in the cross member to bolt it to. then welded 2 pieces about 2 inches long to the bottom of the square tubing. then we welded 2 peices about 8 inches long to those pieces pointing out to the front of the truck. then welded 2 more pieces goin up at a little bit of an angle then welded to piece of steel tubing that the lights sit on to that. its kinda hard to explain but thats the best way i can think of. if u look at the pics u can kinda tell wat im talkin about
