My dad has a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. It's the Magnum 5.9L/360. All of a sudden this started happening....when you signal left, the horn honks...when you signal right, the right dash signal indicator stays lit but the signal blinks, the horn honks AND the head light also flashes like a signal light. What's going on here? He did have the left fender replaced 2 months ago because of rust. Anything to do with it? He did check the head light relays and to see if there were any grounds messed up or out of place.

 

**bump** No one knows? I turned the head lights on today and it went beeeeeeep.
