Default Great experience with tranny vendor

Hey Pulled the motor to replace the rings. And my torque converter was starting to go. And since the motor was out the tc was looking right at you. So I called aandatrans.com and talked to patrik. Told him what I had for a truck and he called arount to different experts and guys who build tc for him and called me back within an hour. I ordered the tc and waited. I called the today to see when it was to arrive at my door. Patric called the builder and it finds out that there was a mixup and the builder accidently sent the tc to a and a and not to me. So it will get to aa tuesday. Then they have to send it to me. The problem is that I leave for texas in just over a week. patric got on the horn and found me another tc that was suitable for my application and had it overnighted to me! I wont go over the details of the cost difference and shipping, lets say aa did right by me!

Go for you. And yes I meant you, for posting good things about the service you received and not the typical thread trashing crappy service.

We definitely need to hear about "GOOD" tranny shop experiences! I don't want to stop hearing about the others that have been bad, because I find it to be important information to consider when making a decision to do business with someone. I'm glad this company did right by you! Best wishes!
