I've been running the tires I have for around 7 months and haven't had any issues with getting pulled over for tires sticking out too far. My friend has been running the wide tires that stick out pretty good for a few year now and haven't had issues.

I've had people tell me my tires are too wide but haven't been bothered by law enforcement yet. They might be waiting to pull me over for speeding or something and tack on another fine even though my friend was pulled over on thanksgiving and had nothing said to him.

It mainly depends on the cops attitude toward that kind of stuff. Some could care less, while others will hunt you down cause of your tires instead of the guy who just past them going 85 mph.

The only reason I had my flairs was becuase I got several tickets for my tires sticking out (when I was running the 12" wide aluminums wheels). You can only pay the ticket for so long, then eventually they will impound the vehicle if the issue is not fixed.

There were plenty of trucks that failed as hard as that one at SEMA this year.

That guy isnt a guy that builds a truck just for sema though. Most people there go insane just for sema. he has been building his truck for awhile and upgrading it with what he wants. He works in a shop that does that stuff so im guessing in his spare time at work he does it.

I almost bought his old lift coils from him when he got the coil overs. he still has them and would do 12 inches on my truck, but im kinda in the process of pulling my motor so after that maybe

What color is your truck. I have a set identical from bushwacker, and might be interested in selling them.

I got them about 1 month ago and so far i took them out and primed them painted them a gloss black and 3 layers of clear coat. Them match my truck perfect but i have not installed them. I have not even put the chrome bolts in yet. everything is in the factory box and bags except the flares. but i have the box for them still.

Yeah. What a failure.

I'm sure if you would have showed up with your rig you would have stole the show.

Definitely not? And rig, what rig? I drive a Pickup truck, not a Semi.
