is it one jolt or a series of hammering jolts ?
is the TC unlocking then relocking ?
Looking for info re a weird shift I had last night. Your 1st question describes it perfectly! I went half throttle to change lanes (was doing 50) and accelerated. When truck went to upshift, it never made the shift and the engine revved up (redlined it). I let off the gas and got back on it and it drove fine. Have tried to recreate and I am unable. Already checked tranny fluid level and it is good with good color and not burnt. Any suggestions..... I know.... TPS, right!?

Did it feel like it was in neutral when it redlined?
