Default Dana 60 Knuckle - Balljoint issue

My lower Ball Joint is toast and has egged out the inner Knuckle. I would rather not have to replace the whole axle or axle housing. I am going to start calling machine shops tomorrow, but does anyone know of a sleeve or something I can buy. I know there is one for the some Ford D60's but am not sure if it is the same.

Any other solutions you know of?

Thanks as always.

Would a 94 and 99 front D60 be interchangable? A simple bolt in? Font ABS on both?

I read that some later 2nd gens had 32 spline instead of 30?

A Dana 60 is a differential. The steering knuckle is a completely seperate part.Salvage yard,Ebay,or dealership is probably your best bet.

I think he's saying the yoke on the axle is the part that is egged out, which I think would need to be cut off and a new one welded in place. I wouldn't try it though
