Torque converter has possibly slip loose from the shaft and is slipping in an out. Not going to hurt anything really just annoy the **** out of you because it's bolted to the flywheel anyways.

Yea i went with my old company, its kinda hit and miss right now so im actually looking for a part time job for the weekends because it's the slow season here which is normal but the bills dont stop coming just cause work is slack, So i got an interview at a saturn dealership about 20 min from me for a general lube tech/runner. Also have another interview that same day at 2pm for a home depot position two great jobs in my book, i love tools and i get a discount at home depot and i love cars so the saturn dealership will also have it's perks

Lift up the rear of truck and put it in drive, i had same problem from 25 to 45 i would get a bad vibration and then after 45 it would start screaming very loud, so i replaced u joints did nothing, put on a new yoke vibration went away but still screamed so i jacked up the rear of truck put it in drive and could hear nasty noises in rear axel swaped of axles from junk yard and my problems went away so try jacking it up and throwing it in drive and see.
