There is a selection they have to go threw. They have to be pick from the top Adims and they would be ask if they want the job. They have to go thew a moding course so they can make stickys combin stuff ect. Than the spot is made. I think that is how it goes kinda.

Well, the reasoning for a member becoming a mod is as mystic as explaining the afterlife. No one really knows for sure.
Right now, we are overstaffed as it is, and lets face it, you can take anyone of our job titles and a $2.00 and buy a cup of coffee. We just had two of our best admins step down because it was becoming too taxing on them. Point here is, it's just not what it's cracked up to be. Sure, we can ban you, make your life a living hell, but we are just the same as anyone else- Seeking further light in the MOPAR world.
As an after thought, there is usually a time period that a member must qualify first.
