$270 labor charges for a qualified shop to perform all that work really isn't that bad of a deal. If you cant afford that, I would suggest selling your truck... these types of repairs are quite common and ongoing.

And please dont get me wrong... Im not flaming by any means, just being honest.

man, if you lived near me id help you do it. i hate seeing anyone spend that kind of money on something that easy to change. or even just getting rid of a vehicle because it would definitely last a while longer. stop on over.

yeah $270.00 in labor doesn't sound bad...BUT 4 ball joints, 1 steering stabilizer and an alignment don't add up to the other $600 dollars. I think there padding the parts/alignment a bit much.

Yeah, parts would be like $200, plus the alignment, but that shouldn't be that much..

I would do the ball joints myself and stabilizer. Have a shop do the alignment, save yourself some $$.

most places an alignment is only about $60. ive been seeing the stabilizers all over ebay for like $35-$40. if you shop around you can save alot of money especially if you did the work your self.

Hi I have the same problems needs front end gone through. I will do it myself just holding out for better weather. You can order Moog front end parts from Advance Auto that is probably where i will get them from.
