so my 95 dodge is a work in progress and two problems that i can tackle durring the cold months are the dash and the shifter ****. from what i have been reading the dash crack is a pretty comon thing. can anybody recommend a good replacement dash kit? and the second one issue i want to tackle is my shift ****. it never stays tight so one day i gave it a little extra twist when i was tightening it and now i cant get it off...it starts to unthread but will only turn about 5 times and then gets stuck...any ideas?

 

as far as a dash kit, AutoZone makes a molded dash replacement and a fabric replacement.. the fabbric is a dash cover that works nicely..its about 35.00..i bought one and has been great!
