i got the repair manual im guna read the hell out of it. i did that test and got nothing what would b wrong with the pcm.

It doesn't,directly. But if the cat is completely clogged it is possible for the pcm to get a signal it does not like and shut down power to the ASD and/or other various electrical components the pcm powers. After all, it is a computer LOL

It doesn't take much to damage it. Did you disconnect the battery before doing you project? Did you leave it disconnected until you where completly finished? Did you mess with the PCM at all while the battery was connected? A number of things can damage it.

i disconected the battery before i started but is there a way i can test it?

It's very common for guys to get the timing screwed up, when you remove parts associated with ignition.

im having the same exact problem right now, except im know for fact the timing is on spot... same volts goin to the coil and all (i think even less actually). ever figure it out??

Then it's not the same solution. The dude said his timing jumped and you say your's is good. So how is knowing what he did to fix it going to help you?(he must have replaced his timing chain) Start a new thread(I'm sure we can help you figure it out) or do some more searching.
