Does anybody know if the primary and secondary voltage from the pcm to the tps, map ,etc is suppose to have 5 volts to it when the key is in the run position?

Not sure about both, but I know at least one wire to each sensor should have 5 volts, yes.

thanks, I have a no start issue. did all the tests. I got power going into the pcm but none coming out, even after resetting pcm. code reader cannot connect to the pcm, asd relay is cutting power. thought it was cam, crank sensor thing but no ig there is no power going to the sensor, right?. i can't seem to find a definitive answer to that primary and secondary voltage (from the pcm schematic) it gives power to all of those sensors basically. I'm just tryiong to confirm if the pcm is gone and why?

btw did that black bumper cover 2nd lower one) come on the 2001 or aftermarket?
