Probably a 1k lower offer will be considered lowball, doesn't hurt to try.

Well im going tomorrow with my friend, hes bringing his scan tool to check the check engine light. Im telling the guy no more then $2800, because the paint isn't in the best condition, its going to need shocks once i take all that weight off the back, and the tires are only good for another year. Plus the oil leaks I have to fix and clean the damn interior.
If he doesn't accept the $2800, then there are other rams for sale in my area. My s10 still runs and drives for now *knock on wood* so im not in a hurry.

P.S I already read up on the plenum... I've had my fair share of intake plenum problems for anyone who is familiar with the 4.3L vortec GM pulled out of there ***.

Well just thought id give you guys an update,

went to look at the truck today, found some problems with it

- hood needs to be sanded and repainted
- front grill is broken
- transfer case shifts hard
- steering is loose
- column shifter is very loose and sometimes gets stuck
- 4wd light is always on
- power seats and windows stick
- has a bad vehicle speed sensor
- damage to passenger side front.

I offered the guy $2900 and told him all the problems he has but hes firm at $3800, but its not worth it really to me anyways. I could spend $200 more and get alot better of a truck.

Thanks anyways guys, ill be back!
