Default 360 engine help!

ok guys i got my 01 ram with 360, today i put in some chevron injector cleaner cuz i had alot of friends recommend it to me. and a few days ago i got a new alternator and belt idk if thats the problem but, today after putting in cleaner i took it out to run it through a little and i was noticing a change within 15 minutes or so. So i decided to get on it a little bit and ended up racin a few people and now theres a decently loud ticking noise coming from what sounds to be inside the engine...idk what in the world it is but i really need it to be somthing simple...sounds like a little tick and can hear it very well with hood open, i really have no clue i dont know much about engine im a body fab guy thats why i joined these forums! so please helm or give me some suggestions thanks, cody.

problem or lifters or rockers making the ticking..... so does it sound like it in the middle of the motor or just under the vavle covers?

Could be a lifter, exhaust leak, wire arc, timing gear, rocker arm, etc. It's very hard to tell from here. How many is a few races, and how hard, and long did you run it.

Dont street race. Simple as that.

Doe it only tick under load? If so, its just pinging and your Chevron cleaner is doing its job, cleaning carbon.
