Default front speaker wiring

I am trying to put different speakers in the front. The stock front ones have an amp attached that I need to take off b/c I am going to amp them with a separate amp. Has anyone done this before that they know what to do, by means of what wires to use, or if I am going to have to run all new speaker wire to the speakers. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

the best way is to bibass all stock speaker and amp wires and run new when dealing with a rig that has the factory amps installed. you will use better wires with more shielding to handle higher power outputs.

It sounds like you have done this before, so thanks for the tip. I will give it a try. Do you know is there a way to do it without running new wire? Thanks.
