You need to hide your wallet, man. We'll keep ya broke broke broke broke broke. A nice place to hide it, IMO would be my back pocket.

I went with the dash cover from the same place that you plan to buy from. It went on super easy and has held up very well (better than the stock dash lol)

I wouldnt try and cover the dash i would goto a junkyard somewhere and find one that's in good shape and just change out the dash, as far as the bedliner i would deff consider doing a spray in liner, such as hurculiner or Rhino lining. plenum gaskets arent something you want to do on your own unless you know what you're doing.

Edit: Also welcome to dodge forum, aka First national bank of you.

welcome fellow rammer...

Start with a major tune-up.. fix the plentum then..
I'd also change all the fluids from the rad to the diff's
back flush the heater core with some CLR and let it sit for a few minutes and rinse... this will be easier than tearing the broken dash out...

there are thousands for MPG threads on here.. get to know the search button

Welcome to DF! Hope you continue to enjoy your truck as much as most of us do!

Heat issue is probably the heater core going back, or being blocked.

Alignment isn't too expensive to get done, or you could do it yourself as well.

MPG - Like others have said, stock-ish tires, full tune-up, plenum if need-be, thats about all you can do really.

Headlights - look up the DIY on cleaning them, or try baking soda & water mixed together (mix into a paste), rub onto them well, rinse off, repeat until you're satisfied - works somewhat decent and cost $.10.

Bedliner - If I were going to get one, I'd get a Herculiner kit (Look at some auto part stores, it's fairly cheap and DIY. Otherwise, a drop in will give you the same result you have now, or a linex or something would be wonderful, but expensive.

For those who asked, here's a pic. It was photoshoped a little by the seller to entice unwary buyers (slimeball). But it is still close to what the truck looks like. When the rain stops here (Calif) I'll take some real pics.
