Default Code P0753- Shift Solenoid A Electrical

I have a 99 Ram 1500 4x4 5.9L. I recently had some trouble with my dodge. I have a newly refurbished PCM, a newish wiring harness from a junkyard, and a new starter coil. Unfortunetly now I'm pulling up a new code, P0753-shift solenoid A electrical. When I'm at a stop light, I cannot get any power from the truck, I'll have my foot to the floor, and it will still take me 15 seconds to get up to 40 mph. I know the problem is in the transmission, when go on autozone.com and type in the trouble code I get the part# TCS75-Transmission control solenoid.

Before I go purchase this part and get into the transmission, I would like to know if this really is the right fix.
-Is this the right part I need?
-Is there anything else i need to check?
-Is there anything else i need to do?

Any help I can get in this matter would be great.
Thanks
