Angry Od slip?!?!

I'm like the constant bearer of bad news upon myself on here.... As stated in previous posts random surges and idle issues with near stalling. Replaced, PCV, IAC and TPS. I have to make a 220 mile trip in my truck tomorrow... like absolutely have to go and this evening when accelerating in OD @ 45 between 45 and 55 the truck is now slipping in and out of gear randomly... nothing to do with the amount of throttle or anything its literally just slipping anywhere from 200rpm to 1500rpm... in 2 miles on the way back from an errand after work it slipped 4 times. I'm at a loss here what is this the damn torque converter? the OD gear. I'm freaking out here... I have to take highway and turnpike too so I can't go under 65 for 70% of my trip... 80,000mi on trans... I heard people say to check if the brake switch is lose... it seems pretty stationary to me?
