you had better throw some paint on the ground wires before they rust out on ya.
i like that switch too, the knee blocker is a good spot for switches.
and from the looks of it, those lights will fit in the bumper it you open up the holes a little bit like i did on my dads truck.
get a cutting wheel made for cutting plastic
draw a line so you get a straight cut, i used a tooth pick to keep it straight.
cut it out
bolt on any old piece of steel that will line up with the hole in your bumper so your lights will be centered in the holes.
then adjust them so they're pointing straight and you're done.
