Default electrical problem

ok its been awhile since ive been here, moving, new baby, lost job, etc. a little long but so you guys know the story. i drove to my gpa's apartments yesterday to help with maintenance. Truck ran fine, its about 30miles from my house. Went to move my truck right after i shut it off. no start. left it there for about 5hrs just to help him and earn some money. later had my bro stop buy to help. when i turn the key accesories on but wont turn over. my bro switched the starter relay with blower relay and it starts. i turn it off to check if it will start, ok. got home just fine. this morning wife had flat tire so i took the tire to discount. truck started fine got home and put tire on. went to go to napa to get replacement relay. wont start and doing same thing i think it blew the fuse again.walked and got replacement relays and still wont start. same thing accesories on but no crank. let sit for about 2 hrs thought about my stereo and took out the fuse running to the amp. remembered that i did this yesterday earlier when trying to figure this out. just went to try it and it starts. turned it off then on again. could it be my amp doing this? or starter going? how do i check the old relays? ive got a multimeter but there are 5 pins and am i checking ohms or volts? truck has 132k and relays look original, are they just old?

is there any noise when you try to start it(clicking as if low battery)

did the blower work after relay swap?
maybe amp is shorting drawing power and letting it sit (with out fuse in amp) lets the battery charge it self?

was the stereo newly installed, might not be grounded right or lost ground. Amp case should also be grounded (I'd think)
