Code question
Hi Dodge friends!
I’ve just found this forum and the first thread I found told me how to do a code dance.
I completed the dance and the following codes lighted up:
12,27,14,37 and 55
My question is, how do I find the meaning of each code ?
Thanks for your help
Charlie

I just extracted the codes from my 95. It is throwing a code 37. I saw the note at the bottom of that link but how do I know if it has a Factory tow package or if the previous owner installed a hitch? In my Haynes manual code 37 is described as a Deisel code not a gas code. Any info?
I was able to clear all the codes except 12, 27 and 55.
New Battery took care of 14 & 37
I also cleaned the IAC and TPS. Also ran lucus fuel injector cleaner threw a tank of gas.
Sometimes my truck runs good and other times it idles very rough and misses, sometimes when I am driving I lose power and have to gas it to get my power back.
Code 27 seems to be the problem, the code chart says:
Injector number # output driver circuit does not respond to the control signal. Check the affected circuit.
My questions are:
What is the output driver?
If my truck runs good sometimes, will I be able to locate a bad circuit or injector?
What steps do I need to take to repair code 27?
Thanks for your help
Charlie
P.S. It also has a bad smell of gasoline at the muffler when it is running
