My muffler bearings are brand new. I also drained the blinker fluid to take some of the weight off of the tires.

^zman's post of tire size measurement is technically accurate, but be sure and confirm it with a road test or gps test or other. i tweaked mine a couple of times to meet the 60mph = 60 second test on the highway.
I agree, I've done just that also. It will drive you nuts though as weather conditions change and it's hotter out for example and the tires expand more from the hotter conditions or cold.(not to mention tire tread wear) I eventually gave up and just do what Hypertech and now the Super Chips I have recommend. Just make sure the tires are inflated to the same PSI all the time and every tire rotation you can dick with the height, LOL.
