If I were you, I would look for a used 3815. This way if you need an update to run your trucks calibration, it can be done without sending it in for service. Just make sure under the tuner status screen it says unlocked and call Superchips customer service to verify the tuner serial number is not stolen.

I just filled up this morning and got a whopping 11.18 mpg. I drove about 30 miles with the tuner (3815) on the 91 tune (with 87 octane in the tank), then changed it to the 89 tune for the rest of the tank. That isn't too bad considering that I was getting 9.5 mpg and I romped on it a few times during that tank.
