I bought a Brush Guard for my truck, I just always liked the look the Brush Guard better than the Bull bar, even though I like them both, and wouldve settled for a Bull bar.

But to me a Full Brush guard just seems like it would protect the front end better, especially the headlights (assuming you have head light guards). But overall I got mine pretty much for looks, I'm most likely never going to mount a winch to hit, and I don't expect it to protect my truck very much in a Collision.
