I can get a black grill on rockauto for 20bucks. I have a chrome one now. Should I get the black one and toss it on?

OK. I will be buying it here soon=)(before march 28th haha). I also will be selling my chrome one. Idk how much for though. I will be removing all my chrome. Btw.... speaking of chrome. Y'all know the little chrome plastic pin stripping seperating the maroon and grayish color? Should I remove those? How would I do that with out f-ing the pain up?

heat gun..and careful pressure..problem is..that is what protects your truck from getting dings

usually though..a head gun and careful pressure with a flat head of a puddy knife will work..when we did my buddies truck..we wrapped the puddy knife in masking tape to prevent from scratching the paint..then while applying pressure..heat the top and bottom of the strip..and with patience and luck..theyll come off eventually with easy
