Thanks. No one has ever convinced me with any of the 'special' plugs and I've never had a problem with Champion copper cores.

Yeah, it seems that the plug that was stuck in at the factory works the best.

I will deff be going back to stock copper core plugs for less (1.75 a plug)!

Just throwing it out there for ppl who might be thinking of getting these, not worth it whatsoever. No diff then the worn down champion truck plugs~ back to stock plugs , maybe thats why they reccomend(O.E.) for some reason, just suxs i bought 56$ dollar plugs for no difference, better off spending 20 bucks for sure, and no i wasnt looking for dramatic increase of hp or whatnot, i swear its like i didnt even touch the truck at all in difference and reset it also, same.....

Only way I was able to see a difference was to buy an Accel coil and then increase the plug gaping to utilize the extra voltage.

I dont know why you would think a precious metal plug would make your truck run better? It will certainly outlast copper, but plugs dont make horsepower.I have to laugh when I see e3 plugs in an engine. What a con.Iridium's might have a lower flashover point, possibly requiring less voltage to fire, but its not something you will notice. The gap will not erode over the life of the plug, which makes tuneups further apart.

I read they require less voltage to ignite and put less stress on the ignition system and might help for higher milage engines prone to misfires, only reason i bought them. was gonna get stockers but thats no fun Will give em more time , Just thought i would be able to tell a slight difference ,for all i know they could be doing just fine.

Just thought id update this and say i notice quite a bit rougher idle with these plugs. I can feel it alot more than the wore out truck plugs i removed, thats to bad im gonna have to yank these and put the stockers back in, just my experience.........60 bucks down the drain

I have said this a million times man, spark plugs are spark plugs. As long as your wires destrib and coil all work the way they are supposed to, then all the plugs gotta do is spark thats all, nothing special about that man.

A spark is a spark lol
