So, yea, I'm a geek. Got an App for the truck.... Dynolicious
Well, the touch and the iphone has a sensor in it called an accelerometer that will detect the device's movements. If you've ever seen an ad for the iphone, you have seen this at work when they rotate the device 45* and the screen changes layout automatically. The app in question makes use of this sensor to provide the features that it does. It also does skid pad runs as well....
i just got my iphone 2 days ago, and remembered this thread, so i downloaded the app, and i love it, the best ive bought so far... im still working on some kinks, i calibrated it, have it mounted on a rock solid cradle.. but my hp reading is off... i mean my 0-60 n stuff is damn near spot on, as well as the speedometer..but its set up to read hp at the wheels and although i have alot of mods i know im not pushin that many horses.
so i still have some playin around to do, but it seems like a great app.. i would def. buy it again

AC, I would think that your HP is off because of two things. One, the phone might have moved a little bit. Two, you don't quite have the weight and the drive train loss figured out yet.
21% is where I have mine, and you'll have to look up your own curb weight, adding in anything you have extra in the truck and including your weight as well.
