endisnear...i did think about that...but my 96 has fallen to the "saggy spring" illness and i was hoping for a kit with a set of springs in it...but inorder to accomplish what i would like to accomplish . I might have to buy my lift piece by piece...thanx for the link , that truck looks nice....oh yeah to answer your question it only spoke of the spindle lift of 3 1/2 inches

Yea thats what I plan on doing too. I have 1.5" spacers right now, and I wanna add that 3" lift by Fabtech.

And EndIsNear is in reference to the end of time. I don't know what everybody believes, but I'm a Christian and in my opinion, our time on earth is almost up. Just what I believe

My truck will have a 5" total when I'm done. Right now she's doing a nosedive because of the 3 inch rear blocks and only 2 inches in the front. I have 33's. With 5" inches you can stuff 35's under your truck but your articulation suffers. My future plans are to get a 3 inch body lift before
I put 35's on just to be safe.

Well I'm glad to have found another believer .

But $5 grand seems a little high bud... I mean, its probably right, because I haven't been searching for wheels and tires too. But $500 for installation?? Thats ridiculous. I think you could do it yourself if you really wanted. The onlything you would have to cut and weld is the bump stop mount. And if you can't weld, you could find somebody for a lot cheaper. I don't know. Just seems a little high...

hey dakota`s....i am looking 4 a specific look. i already have a chevy truck that i lowered. And i really want to go up in the air. and seeing i got the truck for less than 500. i c it as a win win, baby But thanx 4 your input bro. Im either leaning to the 6.5 lift or go about peicing it to gather ...like spinles from one company and the springs i need from another, and blocks ...really thats all i need and then to extend brake lines. then go to my local hydralic shop and get me some steel braided made up and im gold.....5g is way to much....heck i wanna spend my money on other things
