Not to defend, but sometimes it is nice to do go down with a part number. On the other hand the guy probably has to re-lookup the part anyway so I too agree that just asking the dealer would have been the better route. None the less, the op got the info he wanted... and it gave purpl something to do lol. win-win after all.

 

I didn't have a problem with him asking, I just think there are some things this forum isn't as good at doing. This is one of them. Of course, if tons of silly banter mixed in with a sprinkling of technical information is what you need, we excel at that.
