And boy was I horrified when I lifted up the intake manifold and saw the amount of sludge left in the valley. I had enough to make baseball sized *****. seafoam in the oil? or whats the best way to clear up all this sludge?

 

I just picked out as much as I could and tossed it on the ground. Mine was about a golf ball size if you would have packed it all together, and mine was in all of the dips that don't have holes for the oil to drain, as well as on the valves. I'm not too concerned about it considering that there is a filter to keep it out of the oil passages and if any of it makes it to the pan then it'll drain out come oil change time.
