for you wiring guys
okay, so since my cab lights, caused problems, being wired into my parking lamp, i decided to make my life easier, i have a sh!tty toggle switch for my kc daylighters right now, so what i did was i went and bought a pilot 4 channel controller. so i can run my cab lights to it, my daylighters to it, and ill run in 2 pair, of my new lights for my new bumper... so ill have those hooked up, and i can turn them on by a remote control... not exactly what i wanted. but not horrible...
anyway, there is no instructions on how to wire it. i have a guess but im not condfident at all. SO i drew a diagram of what it looks like..

the way im thinking, its the red wire with the inline fuse goes to the positive on my battery... they black one is a ground.... then the dual sets of colors... i was thinking one of each color goes to the positive from each one of the sets of lights, then the other of each color is an individual ground? im pretty lost and its the best i could come up with.. i know there are built in 15A relays for each channel.....
i appreciate any help

Sounds like that should def work for ya. I would splice an inline fuse in on the first one you hook up just to verify your wiring questions though. Although I throw them on everything so if one thing blows I still have my other electrice working. Good luck.
thanks! ill probably just hook up the KC Daylighters first since i believe they already have an inline fuse... to make sure its all good! and ill probably follow your advice of just splicing them on to all of my light sources. i appreciate it!
If I were to do this, I would hook a 40A relay up on the firewall beside the PDC and I would connect the wires for the driver corner light to the 85/86 terminals on the relay, then connect the hot wires for all of the cab lights and the corner light to the 87 terminal and ground the 30 terminal as well as the ground wire on all of the lights.
For the new bumper lights, I would do the relay deal also, and use the factory fog light wires to activate the relay.
I haven't used one of those controllers before, does it have the same color wire on each pair of wires like in the drawing? If you connect it to the battery and ground it, then touch a multimeter off on two of the wires, then the meter will tell you which one is hot and which one is negative. If you have the probes on the wrong wires, then the meter will either have a negative symbol beside it or the reading will have () around it.
