Blend door axle won't turn even with force
99 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport
Blend door interposer broken. Replacing with Heatertreater. I am fearful that there is another problem because even with channel locks on the blend door axle I cannot get it to turn. I don't want to install the heatertreater metal interposer and burn out the blend door motor if there is another problem. How much force is needed to turn that axle? Is it likely that the blend door is stuck on something? Is there a diagram of the heater box that I could view to see how the door works inside the box?
