Default Replacing Radiator 97-98 Difference

Im ordering my new radiator however theres a 100 price difference from the 97 to 98 5.9L. What is the difference between these. Ive been told 10different things from oil, trans etc lines in it. I have a aftermarket trans cooler if this matters. Can i order the 97 cheaper one for my 98 or is there a true difference. I couldnt find any post on this, thanks for advice.

i have never seen that site b4. I like it. I have only a jeep dealer, advance, napa, pep girlz local so only quoted through them. I got a 180 quote for my 98 from all of em, then down to $89 for 97 models just was weird. Wasnt aware of any design change.

i saw them on ebay however same ordeal i mean its onlt 120 vs 100. i dont get how dodge only used a different radator model on 98-01 5.9gas only. I see no point in paying more if its truely same setup. Im not trying to cheap out if i need the other then ill but reguardless. i just figured if you guys knew if it was something as simple as trans cooler built in i woulnt care since i got the aftermarket. i dont see any difference but dont wanna bite it if im wrong

When I rebuilt my front end after my accident I got a used rad out of a 98 Sport in a junk yard, fit my 99 perfect and only cost me $30. Was $20 but I got the $10 insurance in case it leaked on me.
